On Thursday, February 11, 2027, Community of Care will participate in Giving Hearts Day, a 24-hour giving event that supports charities throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

Community of Care has proudly participated in Giving Hearts Day since its inaugural year in 2008. Your gift helps older adults in rural Cass County remain safe, connected, independent, and at home.

Your Gift Makes a Difference
Gifts raised through Giving Hearts Day help Community of Care provide transportation, care coordination, Medicare Part D counseling, Faith Community Nurse visits, caregiver support, and volunteer assistance. Together, these services help older adults in rural Cass County remain safe, connected, & independent in the homes and communities they love. 

Your Gift Can Go Further
Early Giving opens January 11, 2027, so you can make your Giving Hearts Day gift before the event on February 11.

Community of Care is also seeking $3,000 in matching gifts. A matching gift from an individual, family, or business can inspire others to give and help more older adults in rural Cass County remain safe, connected, and independent at home.
