In 2025, Community of Care:
- Served 711 unique clients throughout the year.
- Provided 309 rides to medical appointments.
- Helped 365 clients during Medicare Part D open enrollment.
- Helped clients save a combined $402,228 on prescription-drug costs during Medicare Part D open enrollment.
