701/347-0032Myrna grew up on a farm outside Grand Forks and graduated from Thompson High School. She has a BA in Music & Math Education from Concordia College and a MA in Educational Leadership from NDSU. Prior to joining Community of Care in May 2011, Myrna taught 5th – 12th grade Band and served as an Associate in Ministry of the ELCA, doing Youth and Christian Education Ministry. She is responsible for governance, development, staff and marketing at C of C. Myrna feels fortunate to serve the residents of rural Cass County, and frequently relies on her experience as an adult child of an aging parent having cared for her mom for many years. She works full-time, sharing her time between offices.

701/967-8502Gwen grew up in Moorhead, MN. She has nursing degrees from NDSU and Presentation College in SD. She has worked in numerous and diverse nursing settings including; Clinical, Hospital, Mental Health, Home Health, Public Health and Migrant Health. She continues as a Faith Community Nurse in the Buffalo, Tower City area. She is married, has three grown sons and lives by Buffalo, ND. She serves as the Faith Community Nurse for Community of Care. She joined our staff in April 2016 and works on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Arthur office.
