Bone Builder Classes
Build strength. Improve balance. Stay connected.
Bone Builder is a low-impact exercise program that helps older adults build strength, improve balance, and stay active. Classes also offer a welcoming opportunity to visit with neighbors and stay connected to the community.
Classes are free of charge, and new members are welcome anytime. Community of Care facilitates Bone Builder classes in eight rural Cass County communities.
