Behind every program at Community of Care is a team dedicated to ensuring older adults can continue living safely and independently in the homes they love. Raised in rural communities themselves, our staff understands the importance of preserving independence, dignity, and the strong sense of community that makes rural Cass County such a special place to call home.

  • Taylor Jorgensen- Executive Director

    Taylor Jorgensen joined Community of Care as Executive Director in June 2026, bringing experience in healthcare operations & leadership, human resources, and marketing. She earned a BS from North Dakota State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck. As Executive Director, Taylor provides leadership for Community of Care's governance, development, and daily operations. She is passionate about building strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners to help older adults throughout rural Cass County remain safe, independent, and connected to the communities they call home. Taylor lives in rural Cass County with her husband and their two children and is honored to serve the communities her family proudly calls home. She works full-time, sharing her time between offices.

    Lauren is a proud Casselton native and graduate of Central Cass High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, with minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice, from Presentation College in South Dakota, and later completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of North Dakota.

    Before joining Community of Care in October 2017, Lauren served as a Director of Services, supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities and helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Her passion for serving others and strong background in social services make her a valuable resource for older adults and families throughout rural Cass County.

    As a Care Coordinator with Community of Care, Lauren assists individuals with Medicare enrollment, Medicare Part D plan reviews, assistance paperwork, community referrals, and navigating available resources. She divides her time between the Casselton and Arthur offices, providing personalized support and guidance to help individuals access the services they need.

    She and her husband have called Casselton home as a family since 2017, but both grew up in the small town. Together they have two children and are proud to be raising the next generation of Squirrels.

    She can be found in the Arthur office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and in the Casselton office on Wednesdays and Friday mornings.

    Gwen grew up in Moorhead, MN. She has nursing degrees from NDSU and Presentation College in SD. She has worked in numerous and diverse nursing settings including; Clinical, Hospital, Mental Health, Home Health, Public Health and Migrant Health. She continues as a Faith Community Nurse in the Buffalo, Tower City area. She is married, has three grown sons and lives by Buffalo, ND. She serves as the Faith Community Nurse for Community of Care. She joined our staff in April 2016 and works on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Arthur office.

    Cindi brings a wealth of nursing knowledge and a heart for serving others to her role as Faith Community Nurse. Originally from the Twin Cities area, she graduated from St. Mary's College in St. Paul and is a licensed Registered Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare, specializing primarily in geriatrics.

    Cindi and her husband have made their home in Casselton, where they raised their son and have become active members of the community. When she’s not caring for others through her nursing work, she enjoys spending time as a proud grandmother to her two grandchildren.

    As Community of Care’s Faith Community Nurse, Cindi provides health assessments, education, support, and referrals, helping individuals connect with resources that promote health, independence, and overall well-being. Her compassionate approach and years of experience make her a trusted resource for older adults and their families.

    Cindi serves clients from the Casselton office on Tuesday & Wednesday.

  • Natalie Keller - Volunteer Coordinator and Bookkeeper
    Natalie Keller - Volunteer Coordinator and Bookkeeper

    Natalie Keller is a dedicated accounting professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM). Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience working in a variety of financial positions, developing strong skills in bookkeeping, financial management, and organizational support.

    Since 2015, Natalie has proudly called Casselton, North Dakota, home, where she resides with her husband and their four children. Family is at the center of her life, and she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her loved ones, whether at the lake or on the farm.

    In her role as Bookkeeper and Volunteer Coordinator at Community of Care, Natalie combines her financial expertise with a passion for serving others. She is committed to supporting the organization's mission through accurate financial stewardship and meaningful volunteer engagement, helping strengthen the community and the people it serves.

    Natalie can be found in the Casselton office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.
