Community of Care is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults remain healthy, connected, & independent in the homes and communities they love for as long as safely possible. Through our free-of-charge programs and services, we help older adults and the people who care about them navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with aging.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every older adult deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, while having access to the resources they need to live with purpose and independence. Together with our staff, volunteers, board members, donors, and community partners, we help older adults age with confidence while strengthening the communities we all call home.
