We believe rural Cass County is a wonderful place to call home at every stage of life.

Community of Care is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults remain independent, connected, and safe in the homes and communities they love. Through our programs, we help individuals and families navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with aging.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every older adult deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, while having access to the resources they need to continue living with purpose and independence. Together with our staff, volunteers, board members, donors, and community partners, we're helping older adults age with confidence while strengthening the communities we all call home.
