Rural Cass Roots is Community of Care’s annual giving campaign. Every gift helps older adults across rural Cass County remain connected, independent, and safely at home in the communities they love.

Your support keeps transportation to medical appointments, Medicare Part D counseling, Faith Community Nurse visits, care coordination, caregiver support, and other essential services free of charge.

Our 2026 goal is $40,000 by December 31.
