Taylor Jorgensen, Executive Director

Taylor Jorgensen joined Community of Care as Executive Director in June 2026, bringing experience in healthcare operations & leadership, human resources, and marketing. She earned a BS from North Dakota State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck.

As Executive Director, Taylor provides leadership for Community of Care's governance, development, and daily operations. She is passionate about building strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners to help older adults throughout rural Cass County remain safe, independent, and connected to the communities they call home.

Taylor lives in rural Cass County with her husband and their two children and is honored to serve the communities her family proudly calls home. She works full-time, sharing her time between offices.
